    7.4 Congestion Avoidance

    In 7.2, R4 marked the DSCP to 38. When the packet arrived on R1 (or R2). Why did R1 need to set the packet to qos-group 4 and check it on Fa1/0? Could R1 check the DSCP value and queue the packet in Fa1/0?
