Looks like I get some extra practice I literally just ran through the 4.1 Labs  and got done reloading my routers probably a good thing in the end although I am kicking myself a little right now.  Thanks for the update.

Re: IP Services Section Now Available for IEWB-RS Vol. 1 Ver. 5!

Labs were great had some initial issues with the configs.  I have used them before from you guys where it has all the input in one line and it has worked but no go this time.  Also thanks for putting the e0/0 and e0/1 on the configs for R3, R4, R5 I was always manually editing them now R6 is the only one I edit.  The following I believe are errors I found.

13.4 Solution guide references SW3 but should actually be SW2 as SW3 is not involved in task
13.6 Solution guide should read R3 sends a DHCP discover packet instead of R1
13.8 Solution guide for R4 only enables ip nat on eth 0/1 should also be on ser 0/0 and ser 0/1
13.9 While I think the solution guide technically is correct I would think since it explicitly states match telnet that instead of "any" you would want "any eq 23"
13.22 Solution guide states that R4 is responding to ICMP when R4 is actually generating ICMP and R5 is responding

Thanks for the feedback, these issues have been updated and a new version of the labs has been posted.  Keep your comments coming in as this is a huge undertaking trying to debug all of this content.  The more feedback we get from customers like you the more we can ensure that the material is as accurate as possible.

    Thanks,

Re: IP Services Section Now Available for IEWB-RS Vol. 1 Ver. 5!

I thought I'd try one of the labs just to see...

    13.1...

We are told to put 155.1.146.5/24 on R5's F0/0. And then later we are shown a successful ping from SW1 to 155.1.58.5. That's intetresting because 155.1.58.5 was the address that we overwrote on R5's F0/0. I assume we should be pinging 155.1.5.5 from SW1.

    Huh?
