    IdlePc Values for SP

    Here are 2 Idle PC Values that i have found work well for the SP Track.

    Thanks Fraser - I have been beating my head against SP idlepc values much of the day.  During R&S prep, I was able to get my 3725 performance down to about 3% CPU utilization per router instance.  Thus far, I have only been able to achieve about 5% for the 7200.  Can you describe your hardware, OS, and CPU utilization per router instance using this value?  I was hitting about 9% per 7200 using that code and idlepc.
