On to the Lab on the 19th @ RTP

    Well,

It's about that time! I must confess I feel ill prepered for the road ahead, but couldn't make my mind soon enough to cancel the lab and get a refund. I have been studying hard, but i feel there is much left to be covered; I guess I'm paying to get the fuzzy feeling of what is all about.

I wish I could be more optimistic this time around, but I'm usually the more realistic type. Guess will have to try again by the end of January if all fails!

    Cheers!

Yes - this attempt will certainly be worth it for you! If you continue with the positive attitude, this will really help you to pass.

Use the lab attempt to really test not just your technology knowledge, but also your strategy approach to passing the lab.

Re: On to the Lab on the 19th @ RTP

    Good Morning all,

As I expected I was not able to make the cut this time around. Speed is the key! I read through all the tasks and felt I was in firm ground in terms of the knowledge. Some of the answers were not easy to come by though, and this is were my improvement needs to happen. I must be able to read and answer quicker! Pointers from my experience.

    1. I made all my diagrams which helped a lot!
    2. Read all your questions! I spent lots of time having to go back and change entire configurations because of later requirements.
    3. Get some rest! Do not try to study the day before! I was really beaten down on the test because of lack of rest. Next time I'll take the entire week of of work so I can go over my notes and take time to rest before the Lab.

I will back to RTP on the first week of February. Good luck everyone!
